JUSTICE Law 26.785 Amend Articles 2°, 4° and 5° of Act No. 26.212. Sanctioned: November 14 of 2012 Promulgated: December 13 of 2012 The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Amend article 2 of Law 26,212, which shall read as follows:
“Article 2: The Federal Court of Oberá shall have jurisdiction in criminal and correctional matters, in civil, commercial, administrative, labour contentious, social insurance, as well as any other federal matter, and shall operate with five (5) secretariats in accordance with annex I to this Act.
The secretariats established by this Act shall have criminal and correctional jurisdiction; civil and commercial; labour; social and administrative security; and tax enforcement. ”
ARTICLE 2 — Amend article 4 of Law 26.212, which shall read as follows:
“Article 4: Refer to the first instance federal office of judge, secretaries, prosecutor, public defender of minors, incapable and absent and administrative employees referred to in annex I to this law. ”
ARTICLE 3o — Amend article 5 of Law 26.212, which shall read as follows:
“Article 5: Please note that the cases currently pending before the federal courts of Posadas and Eldorado will continue to be settled in those courts until their final conclusions. ”
