Law 26.788

The national historical site is the place where the tomb and the ruins of the ranches of the Pasto Verde are located in the province of Neuquén.

Sanctioned: November 14 of 2012

Enacted: December 14, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 — Declárase national historical place, in the terms of law 12.665, the predium where the tomb and the ruins of the ranches of the Green Pasto, located on the margin of national route 22, at the entrance of the city of Plaza Huincul, in the province of Neuquén.

ARTICLE 2 — The National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places, under the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will implement all that is relevant to the implementation of this law.

ARTICLE 3o — Contact the national executive branch.

IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO CATORCE DIAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DEL YEAR DOS MIL DOCE.
