ARTICLE 1 — Incorporate as second paragraph of article 63 of the Criminal Code the following:
In the offences provided for in articles 119, 120, 124, 125, 125 bis, 128, 129 —in fine — and 130 — second and third — of the Criminal Code, when the victim is under the age of limitation of the action will begin to run from midnight on the day the victim has reached the age of majority.
If, as a result of any of the above-mentioned offences, the death of the minor would have occurred, the statute of limitations of the action would begin to run from midnight on the day the minor had reached the age of majority.
