ARTICLE 1 — Turn to the north of Paraná, which is in the jurisdiction of the National Directorate of Navigators and which has an area of 4,386.56 m2, bordering the north with the Superior of the Nation; to the east with Public Street No. 1486, Germán A. López, Pasaje Peatonal and Paula Alborn
ARTICLE 2 — The transfer is carried out with the charge of assigning the property referring to the operation of the School No. 100 “New Port”.
ARTICLE 3o — A period of TEN (10) years for the fulfillment of what is imposed in the previous article. In the event of non-compliance, the domain of the property object of the present shall be reversed in favour of the national State.
ARTICLE 4o — The expenses required by the present shall be borne by the beneficiary.
ARTICLE 5o — Contact the national executive branch.
