ARTICLE 1 — Appropriate the provisional protocol to the UNASUR CONSTITUTIVE TREATY ON COMPROMISE WITH DEMOCRACIA, held in the city of Georgetown, the GUYANA COOPERATION REPUBLIC, on 26 November 2010, which consists of NUEVE (9) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
