HIDROCARBUROS Law 26.732 Protract the right to the export of hydrocarbons created by article 6 of Act No. 25.561. Sanctioned: December 21, 2011 Promulgated: December 27, 2011 The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 - Protract for the term of five (5) years, after its expiry, the right to the export of hydrocarbons created by the second paragraph of Article 6 of Law 25.561 and its modifications and supplements, as well as the powers granted to the national executive branch to establish the corresponding liquors, these powers that may be delegated to the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance; it turns out that these rights are also carried out in the Ministry of Public Finance.
ARTICLE 2 Until such time as the powers provided for in the preceding article are exercised, Decrees 310 of 13 February 2002 and their amendments and 809 of 13 May 2002, Resolutions 394 of 15 November 2007 and 127 of 10 March 2008, both of which are of the former Ministry of Economy and Production and other rules issued accordingly.
ARTICLE 3o - Proceedings of the law established by this law shall be used to consolidate the sustainability of the fiscal and economic programme.
ARTICLE 4o - The provisions of this Act shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be effective for operations whose requests for export destination for consumption are registered with the respective customs starting on 7 January 2012, inclusive.
