JUSTICE Law 26,712 A Public Defender ' s Office and a First Instance Prosecutor ' s Office shall be established in the Federal Magistrate ' s Court of Esquel, Chubut Province. ARTICLE 1 — Trust UNA (1) Official Public Defender ' s Office and UNA (1) First Instance Prosecutor ' s Office who will serve in the Federal Court of First Instance of Esquel, Chubut province, and have the same material and territorial competence.
ARTICLE 2 — Refer to the positions of judges, officials and employees detailed in the Annexes that are part of this Act.
ARTICLE 3o — This law shall be implemented once the budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands, which shall be charged to the budgets of the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence, respectively.
ARTICLE 4o — The Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Prosecutor ' s Office shall provide for the installation and operation of the Office of the Public Prosecutor and the Public Defender ' s Office established by this Act.
ARTICLE 5o — The Prosecutor, the Official Public Defender and other officials and employees who are appointed to serve in the organs of the Public Prosecutor ' s Office established by this Act shall only take possession of their respective positions when the budgetary provision set out in article 3 of this Act is made and the Federal Magistrates ' Court of Esquel, Chubut province, enters into operation.
ARTICLE 6o — Once the prosecutor ' s office and the ombudsman established by this law have been put into operation, all the cases in which they are processed shall be referred, in accordance with the territorial and material matter assigned to them.
