ARTICLE 1 — See Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 with seat in the city of Santiago del Estero; Santiago del Estero province, which will have the same territorial jurisdiction as the current Federal Court of First Instance.
ARTICLE 2 — From the entry into force of this law, the current Federal Court of Santiago del Estero will be called Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of Santiago del Estero.
ARTICLE 3o — The Federal Court established by this law shall have jurisdiction in civil, commercial, labour, tax, social security, administrative and criminal and correctional matters.
ARTICLE 4o — The Federal Court established by this Act shall have DOS (2) Secretariats: one with civil, commercial, labour, tax, social security and administrative content and the other with criminal and correctional competence.
ARTICLE 5o — UNA (1) Prosecution of First Instance and UNA (1) Official Public Defender ' s Office to act before the Federal Court established by this Act.
ARTICLE 6o — Refer to the charges of judges, secretaries, prosecutors, public defender, officials and employees detailed in the Annexes that are part of this Act.
ARTICLE 7o — The Federal Appeals Chamber of Tucumán shall be a court of appeal and shall exercise superintendence in respect of the court established by this law.
ARTICLE 8o — Upon the entry into force of the Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 of Santiago del Estero, the Federal Appeals Chamber of Tucumán shall proceed to re-sign by lot the cases in which they shall be referred to the new court and those which shall continue their proceedings before the current federal court, taking into account the jurisdiction assigned in article 3 of this law, if there is agreement of the parties, which shall be held for granted if within the term of CINCO (5).
ARTICLE 9o — This law shall be implemented once the budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands, which shall be charged to the budgets of the Judiciary of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence, respectively.
ARTICLE 10. - The Council of the Magistracy of the Nation, in the exercise of its functions, shall provide the necessary for the installation and operation of the Federal Court established by this law.
ARTICLE 11. - The Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Prosecutor ' s Office shall provide for the installation and operation of the Office of the Public Prosecutor and the Office of the Public Defender which are established by this Act.
ARTICLE 12. - Judges, officials and employees who are appointed to serve in the judicial organs and the public prosecutors established by this law shall only take possession of their respective positions when the financial condition established in article 9 of this Act is given.
