Law:
ARTICLE 1 — See Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 with seat in the city of Rawson, Chubut Province, which will have DOS (2) Secretariats with competence in criminal and correctional matters and UNA (1) Secretariat with competence in criminal execution.
ARTICLE 2 — The judge established by the previous article shall have the same territorial jurisdiction as the current Federal Magistrates Court of Rawson.
ARTICLE 3o — The current Federal Court of First Instance of the City of Rawson will be renamed Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of the City of Rawson, Chubut Province.
ARTICLE 4o — From the establishment and operation of the Federal Court established by this Act, the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of the city of Rawson must remain civil, commercial, labour, administrative, fiscal and previsional, and shall also conserve, with exclusivity, the competence that currently possesses of the electoral jurisdiction, the criminal and correctional competition and the criminal execution jurisdiction are excluded.
ARTICLE 5o — The Federal Chamber of Appeals of Comodoro Rivadavia, Province of Chubut, will be the High Court and Superintendence of the Court established by this Law.
ARTICLE 6o — Upon the commencement of the new Federal Court, it shall be referred to all cases in which it is submitted in accordance with the jurisdiction for the matter assigned to it by this law.
ARTICLE 7o — The organs of the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Prosecution Service established or established in that judicial section shall continue to act indistinctly before both Federal Courts of Rawson, in accordance with the laws governing their functions.
ARTICLE 8o — Following the commencement of the Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 of Rawson, it will be transferred to the present Secretariats with criminal and correctional competence and criminal execution currently in the Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of Rawson. It shall also be transferred to the staff members and staff who are currently reviewing them, including the strength of the court established by this law in accordance with the detailed posts in Annex I as part of this Act.
ARTICLE 9o — Believe the charges of judge, secretaries, officials, and employees of the court established by this law, which are detailed as Annex I of the same. The positions of the Secretariats transferred in the previous article will be integrated into the staff structure of the Federal Magistrates Court No. 2 of Rawson.
ARTICLE 10. - Officials and employees of the Electoral Secretariat will continue to be part of the current Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of the city of Rawson, its immediate superintendence will be held by the head of Federal Court No. 1 and the National Electoral Chamber. The same personnel plant that has been carried out at the date of the sanction of this law shall be maintained by adjusting the categories of staff to the posts established by the ANNEX II of this Act.
ARTICLE 11. - Increase the staffing of the current Federal Court of the City of Rawson, whose name will be Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of the city of Rawson, Province of Chubut, creating the positions detailed in Annex III which is part of this law and which will be added to the existing ones.
ARTICLE 12. - The judge serving on the date of this law by the current Federal Court of the City of Rawson (universal jurisdiction) shall be the holder of Federal Court No. 1 with competence in the areas of Civil, Commercial, Labour, Administrative Disputes, Fiscal and Previsional Execution and the Electoral Court.
ARTICLE 13. - This law shall be implemented once the necessary budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object and shall be charged to the budget for the corresponding exercise of the Judiciary of the Nation.
ARTICLE 14. - Judges, officials and employees whose positions are established by this Act shall assume their positions when the budgetary condition provided for in the preceding article is given.
