NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF THE Law 27560 Transfer your property. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
Article 1 Transfer to a free title, in favor of the National University of La Plata, the domain of the Inmueble Property of the National State, located in the city of La Plata, corresponding to the former headquarters of the Command in Chief of the X Brigade of Mechanized Infantry of the Argentine Army, and whose dominincal data are the following: registration 234.457 / Catalan nomenclature: circumscription I; section B; apple 80 Location: opposite Diagonal 80 street between 41 and 116 streets / surface: 4,299,69 square meters / measures: 143.24 meters in front of the O; 2,30 meters to the SE; to the SSO in 2 sections that measure successively 60,54 meters and 24,50 meters; and to the ENE 102,38 meters / linderos: cute in front of the O with Diagonal 80; to the SE with 42nd street; Domain registered in folio 743, year 1882 - La Plata.
Art. 2°- The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out with the effect that the beneficiary would discard the property to the operation of the Agency for Research, Developments, Transfers and Innovations in Sovereign Policies, known as the Falkland Institute, created within the scope of the National University of La Plata. In case of non-compliance with the fixed post, the domain of the land will be reversed in favour of the national State.
Art. 3°- The translative writing of dominion will be carried out before the General Script of the Nation, who will record the provisions of articles 1 and 2° of the present.
Art. 4°- The costs required by this transfer shall be exclusive to the national State.
