SPECIAL PREVISIONAL REGIME FOR OBREERS/AS AND EMPLEADOS/AS DE VIÑAS AND FOR VIÑA CONTRATISTS

Article 1- Object. A special projection regime for workers of vineyards and for those and contractors of vineyards covered by Act No. 23,154 was established to restore the full force of Act No. 20,589, even to those who also possess olive groves and fruit trees, provided that the winemaking activity is the main one.

Article 2 - Retirement benefit. Persons specified in article 1 shall have the right to access to ordinary retirement with a minimum of fifty-seven (57) years of age, without distinction as to sex, provided that they credit twenty-five (25) years of service, with contributions.

Article 3- Completion of the years of service. When the tasks of those set forth in article 1 have been performed and alternately others of any kind, in order to determine the requirements for the granting of regular retirement, an assessment shall be made on the basis of the age and service limits required for each type of task or activity.

Article 4- Patronal contribution. The employer's contribution to the tasks referred to in this law will be that which governs in the common system – Argentinean Integrated Previsional System – increased by two percentage points (2%), from the validity of the same.

Article 5- Supplementary application. For cases not covered by the present regime, Act No. 24,241, its supplements and modifications or those that replace them in the future shall be supplemented.

Article 6- Regulation. The national executive branch shall regulate this law within sixty (60) days of its enactment.
