Transfer.


Article 1 Transfer free of charge to the province of Catamarca, prior mesura inscripta, the properties detenta the national state, Ferrocarriles Argentinos, ex Ramal Catamarca-La Cocha (A.6), with six (6) tunnels built, located in the town of La Merced, in the 1020 + 677 kilometer the first and in the 1024 + 113,50 kilometer the sixth, identified

Article 2o- The transfer provided for in the preceding article is made from the fact that it would benefit from the activities and tourist promotion.

Article 3o- A period of ten (10) years shall be established for the performance of the position imposed in the preceding article, which shall expire, without any means of observance, the domain of the properties subject to the present shall be reversed in favour of the national State.

Article 4o- The costs required by this law shall be borne by the beneficiary.

Article 5o- The Executive Power shall take appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfers within sixty (60) days of entry into force of this law
