Transfer.


Article 1- Transfer free of charge to the Municipality of Tostado, Department of 9 July, province of Santa Fe, the property where the former Argentine Mail operated, located on Calle Balcarce 1198, Section 01, Manzana 11, Volume 13, Folio 75, Plot 01, Partida 000079/0002-600.

Article 2o- The transfer provided for in the preceding article is made from the fact that the beneficiary disburses it to the operation of offices relating to Social Action, Health and Social Security, as well as any office required for municipal management.

Article 3o- The Executive Power shall take appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfer within sixty (60) days of the entry into force of this law.

Article 4°- A period of ten (10) years is set for the fulfilment of the provisions of Article 2; which, without the mediating observance, will proceed with the retrocession of the domain of this full transfer.

Article 5o- The costs required by this law shall be borne by the beneficiary.
