Law:
Article 1- Transfer to the province of Catamarca the domain of the property owned by the national state, with everything planted, built and attached to the soil that was identified with the following cadastral data: registration 07-21-01-5643-0000, apple 5644, fronts 4, lot 01, pattern 320100. The property in question is located on Chacabuco 150 street in the capital city of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca (C.P. 4700), in the apple covered by the streets Ayacucho, Mota Botello, Caseros and Chacabuco.
Art. 2°- The transfer provided for in the preceding article is made free of charge, with the charge that the beneficiary dispens the property to the exclusive development of the activity and management of public health.
Art. 3°- A period of ten (10) years for the performance of the charge imposed in the previous article, which expires without the mediating or non-fulfilling of the charge, the domain of the property subject to the present shall be reversed in favour of the national State.
Art. 4°- If necessary, the province of Catamarca undertakes to materialize the limits of the disaffected area and to make the definitive mesh and registration of the same, of the property transferred through this law.
Art. 5°- Translative writing of dominion will take place before the General Government of the Nation, within a period not exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) days of the promulgation of the present.
Art. 6°- The expenses required by this transfer will be charged exclusively to the province of Catamarca.
Art. 7°- The Executive Power shall take appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfers within sixty (60) days of entry into force of this Act.
