Transfer.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.

Law:

Article 1 °-Transfierase to free title and in favor of the Municipality of Puerto Madryn the domain of the property owned by the national state, General Staff of the Argentine Navy, located within the urban ejido of the Municipality of Puerto Rico. Madryn, province of Chubut, according to the following cadastral identification: Constituency 3, Sector 2, Fraction 13.

Article 2-The transfer provided for in Article 1 is carried out with the benefit of the beneficiary to promote urban development programmes, single housing schemes, service infrastructure, the enabling of parks or public places, units educational, cultural, health care and/or development of sports activities.

Article 3-In order to comply with the provisions of the previous Article, the beneficiary shall subdivide the land into lots for which transfers must be carried out by means of auction or public tender procedures, compliance with the principles of advertising, transparency, concurrency and informalism.

Article 4-Persons who meet the following requirements shall be able to participate in the auction or public tender procedures:

a) To be native Argentine, by option or naturalized with more than 5 (five) years since obtaining its naturalization;

(b) being domiciled or accredited as a habitual residence in the city of Puerto Madryn for a period of not less than 3 (three) years;

(c) not to be a holder of a dwelling or of one or more buildings which may be used for that purpose;

(d) not being a beneficiary or successful tenderer, the applicant or the members of his family group, of a housing financed wholly or partly by the national, provincial or municipal state;

(e) not to inhabit or have inhabited or illegally or illegally inhabited or privately owned houses or land;

(f) Credit not to hold debts with the municipality;

g) Not to be a political official of the municipality.

Article 5-In order to ensure the purpose provided for in Article 2 of this Regulation, the municipality shall, at least, establish the following restrictions when transferring ownership of each land:

(a) a maximum period of four (four) years for the construction of family housing;

(b) a maximum period of 4 (four) years and 6 (six) months for the owner's occupation and effective room;

(c) A minimum period of 6 (six) years within which the acquirer may not sell or rent the building.

The deadlines set before will begin to run from the moment of the tradition of the thing.

Article 6-A period of 10 (10) years for the fulfilment of the charge provided for in Article 2 is hereby established. If, at the end of the period, the beneficiary has not fully complied with the established position, the transfer of the full right of transfer will proceed, without allowing the municipality to claim any compensation for the improvements introduced.

Article 7-The costs of complying with this law shall be borne by the beneficiary. The Municipality of Puerto Madryn will grant all debt held by the State in its character as the owner of the property transferred by this law.

Article 8-The national executive branch, within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days of the penalty of this law, shall take the necessary measures for the purposes of completing the formalities necessary for the granting of the respective translational writing domain.

Article 9-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE 19 DAYS OF THE MONTH OF MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-ONE.
