Law:

ARTICLE 1-The declaration of national jurisdiction established by Article 1 of Law 14,772

in respect of interconnected public electricity services located in numerous major parties of the Great

Buenos Aires is exclusively concerned with the territory occupied by the date of the sanction of the law by the networks

(a) the distribution of the predecessor companies of SEGBA S.A., plus a reasonable expansion of them.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THIRTEEN

DAYS OF THE MONTH OF APRIL OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN.
