Create a customs office located in the Industrial Park of the department of La Banda, Province of Santiago del Estero. Sanctioned: May 4, 2011 Partially Enacted: May 26, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Create a customs office with a seat in the Industrial Park located in the department of La Banda, in the province of Santiago del Estero.

ARTICLE 2-The General Directorate of Customs, as established in Article 9 (2) of Decree 618/97, former Article 21 of the Customs Code-Law No 22,415-shall establish the class, nature and importance of the operations, schemes and destinations that can be met in the same.

ARTICLE 3-The expenditure that demands compliance with the provisions of this law will be met with budgetary appropriations assigned to the General Directorate of Customs.

ARTICLE 4-Commune to the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE FOUR DAYS OF THE MONTH OF MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,681-JULY C. C. COBOS. -EDUARDO A. FELLNER. -Enrique Hidalgo. -Juan H. Estrada.
