Justice 26.685 law authorized the use of records, documents, signatures, communications, electronic addresses and digital signatures in all judicial and administrative processes that are processed before the Judicial power of the nation, with identical legal efficacy and probative value than their conventional equivalents. Sanctioned: 1 June 2011 promulgated: June 30, 2011 the Senate and Chamber of deputies of the Argentina nation gathered in Congress, etc. they attest to the force of law: article 1 - authorizing the use of electronic records, electronic documents and electronic signatures, digital signatures, electronic communications and electronic addresses constituted, in all judicial and administrative processes that are processed before the Judicial power of the nation, with identical legal efficacy and probative value than their conventional equivalents.
Article 2º - the Supreme Court of Justice of the nation and the Council of magistrates of the nation, jointly, regulate its use and will have its gradual implementation.
