Law on modification of article 41 of the technical regulation of the Caixa Andorrana de Seguretat Social approved by the Hon. General Council in their traditional session of Easter day, April 11, 1990 Article only the article 41 of the technical regulation of the Caixa Andorrana de Seguretat Social is worded as follows: Article 41 1. The pensions are defined in the preceding articles shall not be less than a minimum of 5,000 points on the following conditions: For insured wage earners beneficiaries of old-age pension of at least 960 points, which justify a contribution period of 180 months C.A.S.S. from 1st of April 1968, and a regular wage earning activity of sixty months before the commissioning of the Andorran social security regime on the first of April 1968 , the old age will be set to a minimum of 5,000 points.

For insured wage earners beneficiaries of old-age pension of at least 960 points, they cannot justify an activity sector of at least 5 years before the 1st of April 1968, the minimum of 5,000 points will be reduced to a pro-total activity time in 40 years.

For insured wage earners not beneficiaries of an old age pension of at least 960 points, which justify 180 months of contributions from the 1st of April 1968, the minimum of 5,000 points will be reduced by the amount of the retirement pension that would have been able to acquire the worker in the class C from the first day of April, 1968, until the time of retirement.

2. Such an amendment will not be applicable to insured persons over the age of 58 years that justify having paid contributions to the old-age scheme of the whole, at least for a month C.A.S.S., prior to the date of entry into force of this amendment, and to continue making contributions to it continuously until the age of retirement, which will have the right to receive the minimum pension under the conditions in force previously.
