Law since the General Council in its session of the 22nd September 2010 has approved the following: law 69/2010, of 22 September, credit supplement to finance the costs of various services of the State Secretariat for the reform of the Administration and the promotion of the knowledge society exhibition of illustrations and The budget bill for the 2010 tax year anticipated the budget to deal with the expenses of departments of the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra (OFFICIAL GAZETTE) and information systems.

This corresponded to the forecast credits needed to assume the costs arising from the lease of the premises to the premises of the Department of information systems and the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra (the OFFICIAL GAZETTE).

When the General Council does not approve the general budget Law, as in the case of this year, the general law on public finance determines the extension of current spending budget for the financial year immediately prior. As the budget of 2009 does not foresee any provision to deal with the costs mentioned, this year do not have enough credits to dozens parts to fund it.

As a result, the Government does not have credits to deal with ordinary expenses mentioned above, which are encrypted in a total of 94,800.00 euros.

Sight of the necessity and the urgency of providing necessary credits the corresponding items in order to finance these expenses, that correspond to commitments to which we will have to deal with until the end of the year to ensure the operation of various services of the State Secretariat for the reform of the Administration and the promotion of the knowledge society;

Seen the report of the General intervention;

Seen the governmental agreement of 12 May 2010;

Article 1 approves a credit supplement for a total amount of 94,800.00 euros destined to finance the costs of various services of the State Secretariat for the reform of the Administration and the promotion of the knowledge society, for the following items: 140 140-Department of information systems management and budget-20200 Rent of buildings and other constructions-PROJ0001 General Services 72,000 euros to 145 145-Publications Unit OFFICIAL GAZETTE-20200 Rent of buildings and other constructions-PROJ0001 General Services, by 22,800.00 euros.

Article 2 This credit fee is financed by the budgetary Department 610 of 617-Land area of accounting and Secretariat-47290 to other private companies-Public Works PROJ0001, for an amount of 94,800.00 euros.

Final provision this law comes into force the day after being published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
