Act 77/2010, of 14 October, extraordinary credit for dealing with the acquisition of a cooling device to make sure the maintenance in good condition of conservation of the Romanesque mural paintings of Santa Coloma, deposited in the exhibition hall of the Government since the General Council in its session of October 14, 2010 has approved the following : law 77/2010, of 14 October, extraordinary credit for dealing with the acquisition of a cooling device to make sure the maintenance in good condition of conservation of the Romanesque mural paintings of Santa Coloma, deposited in the exhibition hall of the Government preamble the Ministry of education and culture has to cope with the costs of investment resulting from the acquisition of a cooling device to make sure the maintenance in good condition of conservation of the Romanesque mural painting set more in Andorra, the Romanesque mural paintings of Santa Coloma, deposited in the exhibition hall of the Government, and for which there are no credits in the budgetary field.

The Romanesque mural painting from Santa Coloma was purchased by the Government in 2007 and placed in the exhibition hall of the Government, in the former building of the fire, as it was the only space big enough and conditioning of what was available, pending a final location.

The Government, on 17 October 2007, declared good of cultural interest piece of the Romanesque mural paintings of Santa Coloma, for its artistic and historical values.

Seen that there is a budget for the financial year 2010 to cope with the expenditure mentioned;

Seen that the Government, by agreement of August 25, 2010, has approved an advance of funds for a total amount of € 19,100 for budgetary follows: 555-Department of Cultural Promotion and language policy Cultural Action Area-558-Proj. 0.050-Cultural Promotion-61300 Replacement and improvement of facilities for an amount of € 19,100;

Seen the report of the General intervention;

Seen the governmental agreement of 25 August 2010;

Article 1 approves a loan for an amount of € 19,100 extraordinaire, to deal with the acquisition of a cooling device to make sure the maintenance in good condition of conservation of the Romanesque mural paintings of Santa Coloma, deposited in the exhibition hall of the Government, for the next budget starting: 555-Department of Cultural Promotion and language policy Cultural Action Area-558-Proj. 0.050-Cultural Promotion-61300 Replacement and improvement of facilities.

Article 2 This extraordinary credit is financed by budgetary 555-Department of Cultural Promotion and language policy Cultural Action Area-558-Proj. 0.050-Cultural Promotion-22680 Cultural promotion, for an amount of € 19,100.

Final provision this law comes into force the day after being published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
