In accordance with article 21.3 and 22 of the expropriation Act of 3 September 1993, according to the minutes of the February 5, 2010, is the expropriation Commission, which has been entrusted with the task of setting, by way of authority-without prejudice to the administrative jurisdiction of those concerned before the ordinary resource, with devolutiu effect-the eventual amount of the compensation must correspond to the expropriated.

By edict of May 7, 2010, published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE No. 29, May 19, 2010, the judge of the expropriation notifies the decision of the Commission of Expropriation of the Hotel Rosaleda in the same date accurately priced object of this expropriation rights in six million three hundred and thirty-eight thousand sixty-eight euros and eight cents (€ 6,338,068.08).

Seen that the Executive does not have credits to deal with these expenses, in an amount of 6,338,068.08 euros;

Seen that the character of urgency and necessity of the expenditure on investment concept is justified by the fact that begins the process of expropriation based on a need of public utility that justifies the action and, therefore, what it intends to achieve is the property of the well, and consign the compensation fixed by the resolution of the Commission expropriation of May 7, 2010;

Seen the report of the General intervention;

Seen the governmental agreement of 22 September 2010.

Article 1 approves an extraordinary credit for an amount of 6,338,068.08 euros for the following budget game: Cultural Heritage Department, 560-561 area of protection of Property and ethnological Heritage-2010-0000000001 Hotel Rosaleda-60201 Acquisitions of buildings of patrimonial interest.

Article 2 This extraordinary credit is financed through a new debt.

Final provision this law shall enter into force the day after being published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
