JOINT CIRCULAR No. 09/2004/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BNV of June 9, 2004 guiding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of professional agencies which assist the People's Committees of all levels in performing the State management over labor, war invalids and social affairs in localities
This Joint Circular guides the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of the provincial/municipal Services of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the professional agencies which assist the People's Committees of rural and urban districts as well as provincial towns and cities in performing the State management over labor, war invalids and social affairs.
It replaces Joint Circular No. 01/LB-TT of January 11, 1995 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel (now the Ministry of Home Affairs) and takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
