JOINT CIRCULAR No. 71/2004/TTLT/BTC-BGDDT of July 14, 2004 amending Joint Circular No. 28/2003/TTLT/BTC-BGDDT of April 4, 2003 of the Finance Ministry and the Education and Training Ministry, which prescribes the regime on collection and use of charges for sitting enrollment examinations (enrolment fees) into education-training establishments of the national education system

This Joint Circular amends Item b.2, Point 2.1, Section II of above-said Joint Circular No. 28/2004/TTLT/BTC-BGDDT and takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
