DECREE No. 01/2005/ND-CP of January 5, 2005 establishing wards and communes of Tam Ky provincial capital; and adjusting administrative boundaries of Tam Ky provincial capital for the establishment of Phu Ninh rural district, Quang Nam province

To establish Hoa Thuan ward on the basis of 380 ha of land and 2,612 people of Tam Dan commune, and 177.5 ha of land and 3,169 people of Tan Thanh ward. Hoa Thuan ward shall have 557.5 ha of land and 5,781 people.

To establish Tam Dai commune on the basis of 2,760.5 ha of land and 6,149 people of Tam Thai commune.

To establish Phu Ninh rural district on the basis of the whole 25,147 ha of land and 84,477 people of 10 communes of Tam Ky provincial capital.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
