DECREE No. 03/2005/ND-CP of January 5, 2005 establishing Tuy Hoa city of Phu Yen province; adjusting administrative boundaries for the expansion of Tuy Hoa city, and establishing Phu Lam ward of Tuy Hoa city
To establish Tuy Hoa city on the basis of the whole 6,436 ha of land, 123,820 people and 12 dependent administrative units of Tuy Hoa provincial capital.
To establish Phu Lam ward on the basis of the whole 2,059 ha of land and 30,724 people of Phu Lam township (already transferred to Tuy Hoa city).
This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
