JOINT CIRCULAR No. 03/2005/TTLT-BGTVT-BNV of January 6, 2005 guiding the tasks, powers, organizational structures and payrolls of local transport inspectorates

Local transport inspectorates are agencies of the provincial/municipal Transport Services or Communication and Public Works Services, which shall assist the Services’ directors in performing the tasks and powers of administrative and specialized inspection within the ambit of the directors’ tasks and powers.

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Joint Circular No. 116/TT-LT of April 12, 1997 of the Transport Ministry and the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel (now the Ministry of Home Affairs).- (Summary)
