DECISION No. 281/2005/QD-BNG of February 2, 2005 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Institute for International Relations

The Institute for International Relations (IIR) is a non-business organization under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, operating with the State budget in the domains of the Ministry’s tasks of State management over university and post-graduate training of foreign-relation officials, scientific research into international relations, and management of the Ministry’s scientific research programs.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 797/QD of September 21, 1992.- (Summary)
