DECREE

On organization and operation of Healthcare Inspectorates

Healthcare inspectorates, including the Health Ministry’s Healthcare Inspectorate and provincial/municipal Healthcare Inspectorates, shall conduct administrative inspection and specialized inspection within the scope of state management of health provided for by law.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Regulation of State Healthcare Inspectorate, issued together with Decree No. 23/HDBT of January 24, 1991, of the Council of Ministers (now the Government).- (Summary)
