JOINT CIRCULAR
Guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 157/2005/ND-CP of December 23, 2005, providing for a number of regimes for cadres and civil servants working for terms in overseas Vietnamese missions
This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” annulling Joint Circular No. 22/2001/TTLT/BTCCBCP-BTC of May 9, 2001, of the Finance Ministry and the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel, and Joint Circular No. 41/TT/LB of July 1, 1997, of the Finance Ministry and the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
The regimes specified in this Joint Circular apply as from January 1, 2006.- (Summary)
