This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Foreign Affair Ministry’s Circular No. 04/2000/TT-BNG of November 8, 2000, and Circular No. 06/2002/TT-BNG of September 3, 2002.- (Summary)
