Resolution No. 16/NQ-CP of March 31, 2010, annulling Decree No. 136/2005/ND-CP of November 8, 2005, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of Offices of provincial-level People’s Committees

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on the Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the June 3, 2008 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP of March 5, 2009, detailing and providing measures for the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of the Legal Documents;

At the proposal of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Office,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. To annul Decree No. 136/2005/ND-CP of November 8, 2005, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of Offices of provincial-level People’s Committees.

Article 2. This Resolution takes effect on the date of its signing.

Ministries, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies and chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees shall implement this Resolution.
