Enforcement of Common Law and Contractual Liens

SECTION 34-35-6



   § 34-35-6  Alternative remedies unimpaired.

–

This chapter shall not limit or restrict the right of any party having a lien

upon property to hold or dispose of the property in any other manner authorized

by law, or by contract of parties.
