11 NCAC 13 .0501             APPLICATION FOR BAIL BONDSMEN OR

RUNNER LICENSE

A form entitled

"Bail Bondsman Application" shall include general interrogatories

relating to applicant's qualifications, residence, prospective place of

business, past business experience, and all other pertinent information.
