SECTION 33-13-1



   § 33-13-1  Notice of devise or bequest to

corporation or association. –

Within ninety (90) days after the admission to probate of any will containing a

devise or bequest to any corporation or voluntary association, the executor or

administrator or other estate fiduciary shall mail by certified mail return

receipt requested, a written notice of the devise or bequest directed to the

devisee or legatee at the place where it is located, if the same is known. An

affidavit of notice together with the return receipt shall be filed in the

probate court.
