This Section .0700 of Subchapter 2B of Title 4 of the North

Carolina Administrative Code (4 NCAC 2B .0700); ENFORCEMENT OF ABC LAWS AND

REGULATIONS; PROCEDURES; has been transferred to the Department of Crime

Control and Public Safety and recodified as Section .0100 of Subchapter 8B of

Title 14A of the North Carolina Administrative Code (14 NCAC 8B .0100).
