SECTION .1100 ‑ VOLUNTARILY WITHDRAWN CONTRIBUTIONS

 

 

20 NCAC 02B .1101          FEE

A fee in the amount of twenty‑five dollars ($25.00)

for each payment will be assessed each individual at the time of payment for

voluntarily withdrawn contributions to help defray the expense of handling.
