   § 28-42-32  Annual report –

Recommendations. –

Annually, by the first day of April, the director shall submit to the governor

and to the general assembly a summary report covering the administration and

operation of chapters 42 – 44 of this title during the preceding calendar

year and making any recommendations that the director may deem proper.
