SECTION 32-1-12



   § 32-1-12  Supervision of fund. –

The recreation area development fund shall be expended under the direction and

supervision of the director of the department of environmental management for

the development of state owned beaches, parks, and recreation areas, and the

director is vested with all power and authority necessary or incidental to the

purposes of §§ 32-1-11 – 32-1-13.
