      STATUTORY

AUTHORITY: KRS Chapter 13A

      NECESSITY,

FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: To regulate the speed of vehicles on the Kentucky

State Fair Grounds.

 

      Section 1. No

operator of a vehicle within the Kentucky State Fair Grounds shall drive at a

greater speed than:

      (1) Fifteen (15)

miles per hour at any time during the period in which the annual Kentucky State

Fair is in progress; and

      (2) Twenty-five
