SUBCHAPTER 03M – UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION OF STATE GRANTS

 

SECTION .0100 - ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTION

 

09 NCAC 03M .0101         PURPOSE

Pursuant to G.S. 143C-6-23, the rules in this Subchapter

establish reporting requirements for non-State entities that receive, use, or

expend State funds and ensure the uniform administration of State grants by all

grantor State agencies, grantee, and subgrantees.
