SECTION 28-44-13



   § 28-44-13  Report of wages received.

–

In claiming benefits under this chapter an employee shall, during each week of

his or her unemployment, correctly report any wages received by him or her

during that week and shall make those reports in accordance with the

regulations adopted as prescribed.
