   § 27-4-13  Deprivation of court

jurisdiction – Limitation of actions. –

No life insurance company and no officer or insurance producer of the company

shall make, issue, or deliver any policy or contract of insurance containing

any condition, stipulation, or agreement depriving the courts of the state of

jurisdiction of actions against it, nor limiting the time for commencing any

action at law or in equity against it to a period of less than three (3) years

from the time when the cause of action shall accrue.
