WVC 5 A- 3 C- 17

§5A-3C-17. Potential use of savings.

Savings identified by all program participants shall be

quantified and certified to the council and included in the annual

report of the council to the Legislature provided for in section

eight of this article. Savings, or any part thereof, created by

the implementation of this program may, in the sole discretion of

the Legislature, be directed towards the maintenance of existing

state health programs and the expansion of insurance programs for

the uninsured and underinsured.
