10A NCAC 89C .0101       ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION

The Division's organization and methods of administration

covering general and fiscal administration shall follow the assurances set

forth in the Three‑Year State Plan for Vocational Rehabilitation Services

Under Title I of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, covering Fiscal

Years 1989, 1990, and 1991.  This adoption by reference is made under G.S. 150B‑14(c).
