      STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS Chapter 13A

      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: The

function of this administrative regulation is to identify what should be

considered a reasonable time for filing employee complaints alleging

discriminatory practice in violation of KRS 338.121.

 

      Section 1. Reasonable Time Defined. A

reasonable time as used in KRS 338.121(3)(b) shall be defined to be no more

than 120 days for the purpose of filing a complaint with the Commissioner of
