SECTION 3-10-12



   § 3-10-12  Sale of distillery and winery

products – Records of wholesalers. –

Sale of the products of a distillery or a winery shall be made only to holders

of wholesale licenses under this title. Every wholesaler shall keep separate

accounts of the business conducted under his or her license in any form as

shall be approved by the department of business regulation. The accounts shall

be open to inspection by the department at all reasonable times.
