      NECESSITY, FUNCTION,

AND CONFORMITY: To interpret the fertilizer law as it relates to the format for

guaranteeing chemical forms of a guaranteed nutrient.

 

      Section 1. When the

chemical forms of a plant nutrient are guaranteed, the percentage for each

component shall be shown before the name of the form. Example:
