      STATUTORY

AUTHORITY: KRS Chapter 13A

      NECESSITY,

FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: To regulate admission to the Kentucky State Fair

Grounds and Exhibition Center.

 

      Section 1. No

person shall, except with specific permission, by the Kentucky State Fair

Board, enter the Kentucky State Fair Grounds or Exhibition Center at a time

when an admission or parking charge is being made without paying such charge;

and no person shall, except with specific permission by the Kentucky State Fair

Board, enter an event within the Kentucky State Fair Grounds or Exhibition

Center for which a charge is made for admission or parking to the event without
