Nuisances

SECTION 11-30-3



   § 11-30-3  Penalty for common nuisance.

–

Every person keeping or maintaining any common nuisance enumerated in §

11-30-1 shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100)

nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), and be imprisoned not less than

thirty (30) days nor more than three (3) years.
